# OpenGraph Analyzer instructions for agents Use `POST https://opengraph.wayl.one/api/v1/analyze` to inspect a public web page. Send JSON with a single `url` field, for example: ```bash curl -fsS https://opengraph.wayl.one/api/v1/analyze \ -H 'content-type: application/json' \ -d '{"url":"https://example.com/"}' ``` The result has `schema_version: "v1"`, a `page` object, and structured `issues`. Metadata values are arrays. Use `page.open_graph`, `page.twitter`, `page.standard_meta`, `page.article`, `page.images`, and `page.links` for their respective data. Do not assume a missing issue means metadata exists; inspect the metadata fields and issue list together. Read `/llms-full.txt` for the response contract and error handling, `/skill.md` for integration examples, and `/openapi.json` for the machine-readable schema. The interactive docs are at `/docs`. The API fetches public server-rendered HTML. It does not run page JavaScript or provide browser rendering. It rejects credentials, non-HTTP schemes, private and reserved addresses, and unsafe redirect destinations. Never use it to reach internal services. Handle 400 (invalid or unsafe URL), 413 (response too large), 502 (upstream failure), and 504 (timeout) explicitly. For changes in this repository, run `just check` before deployment. It runs tests, Ruff, and strict `ty` checks for the web adapter, package, and tests against the frozen uv lock.
